Hi Jayne,

Pure DMSO (99%) can cause a skin reaction similar to a sunburn. That's how it

affected me, in the beginning, anyway.

DMSO with aloe is easier on the skin, plus when you apply it it stays put. IMO,

it's a lot easier to apply than the pure stuff. Straight DMSO is as liquid as

water. The mixture is a gel.

I've been using DMSO for over 25 years. The aloe gel 70/30 mix gets my vote.

Thanks Diane and Gerry, this is what I'm ordering now. I'll let you know

how I get on, just re-reading previous posts on the forum.

Best,

Hi Jayne and Dianne,

When I first got roll-on DMSO 99.8% at the Feed 'n Seed, I liked the

easy application, but it was too strong. Since then, I've found empty

roll-ons on eBay, both the small perfume roll-ons and the larger, 1oz

size, which let me make mixes and dilutions to my heart's content.

It's also a way to apply expensive substances (like Aragan oil or

Lugol's with the least amount of waste, and without getting it on the

hands or getting what ever is on the hands, like lotions, etc. into

the transdermal application.

Be well,

Léna
