Guest guest
<<They take my mind off my awful " prozac brain drain " and they keep me busy going and doing " doggie activities " . No time to get or be depressed...I really REALLLLLY do think they have saved my life with this SSRI withdrawal and disease I have b/c without them, I would have shut my doors and windows and NEVER EVER gone out except to the grocery store or to work. Because they need daily exercise and I compete with them in doggie sports that requires athletic training, I am FORCED to get out and do (despite the fact that I am exhausted). This has literally saved my butt........Now you all know for SURE I am nuts.>> ***On the contrary--now I know for sure you are SANE! You have just described a perfect recipe for successful withdrawal and recovery. Being involved in activities, getting exercise, and doing for others are all keys to this process. Hurrah for you! Hurrah for your doggies! And while we're at it, hurrah for my doggies too! Kim
