impossible.

Now what does one take with zinc to make it metabolize or whatever

right. I do have a significant zinc deficiency but what ho from there

besides taking the zinc itself?

Maybe i'll take a spin on the web thougoh this webtv is impossibly slow

** I'm glad it did the trick!

** If you are not metabolizing zinc properly it is due to damage to

enzymes which leads to a malabsorption syndrome. Digestive enzymes can be

helpful here. My favorite because of its high quality and effectiveness:

http://www.primaldefense.net/omegazyme.htm

The company promises (and I urge you to try this):

" If you're at all skeptical about the effectiveness of these digestive

enzymes, we challenge you to take 2-4 caplets or scoops of OmegaZyme with

each meal for about 3-5 days; then, stop taking them altogether for 1-2

days. You'll immediately notice the contrast as your body goes back to what

you will now realize was your earlier sub-par state of poor digestion and

low energy. "
