HI folks  I  accidentally created two accounts on an efax site  I can now only access my real account using internet explorer becasue I think firefox alwasy remembers my passwrods and is automatically remembering the OLD one. I cannot clos ethe account I cannot fix it but I cannot figur e out  how to get rid of the password thing  I called tech support and they have not been able to help except  to tell me to use internet explorer.   I  find nothing on t he website of the efax people.. I am thinking iti s a computer thing ANyone know...

I tried  under internet options to get rid of it remmerbing things but it  did not work or I have no idea what Ia  m doing  is possible.... I told the tech support guy I would rather deliver his baby right now than do this...Why is it i spend 8 hrs getting smarter and smarter but only gain 2 actual minutes of  useful things I really need??

Check out RoboForm 2 Go as well. http://www.roboform.com/

It works with IE above 6.0; Firefox. Chromium. IPhone, and

MAC/Apple systems.

I love this one because I have it on a thumb drive and any computer

I work on I can have my passwords with me and when I remove the thumb drive all

traces of the password information is removed with the thumb drive. Initial

use with less than 25 total passwords is free and the whole program is under

$30 with lifetime updates. Once again no relation to the software just a very

satisfied user.

How do you manage backups for the passwords on the thumb drive? I've often though of using one for things I'd rather not leave on my PC but then I would have another thing to think about backing up.

I've had a few thumb drives lose data so I have less confidence in them unless they are frequently backed up.

I like the idea but don't need another backup to think about.

It is a program run from the jump drive.  They are stored on the

usb drive that you keep with you.  The only time they are accessible is when

you insert the jump drive into a usb port.  They are not stored by roboform unless

you choose the version with online backup, which I don’t.  I have been using

this for 5 years and have never had any type of problems and I have used the

usb drive I have it installed on in several different locations without any

problems
