Guest guest
I had pain in lumbar region of back and began a routine of sitting with a small elec hot pad pressed there. In 10 min or so, would apply wintergreen, peppermint, lavendar oils to the area and sit back and let the heat stay on it. Of course pores were open due to heat. Took around 8-10 days for pain to vanish. Was doing it morning and eve. Min of 30 min each time. In eves, I routinely did 2 hrs per session. > > >I also use a multi wave oscillator on my knees and hips.< > > Interesting thought. Guest guest
Lumbar pain, bi-laterally, I would reccomend looking at kidneys, and more specifically, ADRENALS.My wife had major lumbar pain, Dr. ordered x-rays, etc. It only resolved once she/I realised she was adrenally fatigued. Her adrenals were literally crying out.BTW the overall concensus of opinion of a LOT of people, dealing with thyroid and adrenal issues, is that ENDO'S SUCK!!!! If you actually find one who knows there head from ther *ss, well, I think it will be one for the record books. Adrenal and Thyroid issues can also have a major effect on metabolism, hence weight gain.Jm > Which reminds me. I have to ask my endo to test me for various hormones.
