Umm, <clears throat & waves hand over here in corner>

I believe you all seem to know or have uncovered something that

intrigues me very, VERY greatly.(lack of a better scentece to stress

the importance)

I seem to be a carb fanatic & probably lack dietary disiplne just as

much as the next person, but AM I NOT healing becuase of what my

body is (seems) to be craving so badly, yet unbeknownst to me, I am

causing a further void of where I need/want/should (to) be, since I

have been in the SSRI world, Benzo world, and not sure of other

class but, take a quick look at my/a brief (and total)

history...Layin' it out there for you guys...

Welbutrin

Zoloft

Xanax

Welbutrin SR

Buspar

Klonopin (1 pill, one single time only, ever)

Paxil CR

Comments? questions? Concerns? Jokes... hehehe j/k

Or, am I totally normal & just like carbs, or do you know something

I SHOULD?

Warm regards & big hugs,

Keven

Hiya Glitter!

I was more concerned with a wrong diet causing or bringing forth

depression like symptoms, not the weight factor...Geeze, I wish that

was my problem.

People say " I'm blessed " with a fast metabolism, but can you

imagine, eating like a cow, TRYING to gain weight (your entire life)

and can't???

That's me.

: ) but yet, : (

I guess I'm confused. I thought we were on to something other than

a weight issue with the carbs...

I'm trying to un SSRI / BENZO myself, and if me, or I am eating

things that is/are creating " depression " (no tests for this,

remember?) like symptoms... You all seemed like you knew " something "

that I hadn't yet.

I am not schooled in the good carb, bad carb anything, anything

dietary... I just eat as well as I can, I just know that carbs are

what my body seems to want most of, even pre Paxil.

Hmmmm.....

Until tomorrow.

Night group.
