As I said earlier, the intent is to bypass the digestive and circulatory

systems and get right to the area of concern. We already know that in our

case no oral method of baking soda will do it. If it works, it works, if it

doesn't then most likely no harm no foul. Simple and easy to do so we may as

well try. DB

good point however the issue still is getting the BS to dissolve and stay that

way so it can pass through the skin with the DMSO. When I mix the DMSO into the

dissolved mix, the powder comes back. Apparently some displacement is occurring

(maybe it is caused by the heating from the DMSO being added) but this is my

problem.

Don't be hasty. Use a measuring spoon and shot glass. Precisely

measure an exact level teaspoon. Mix in the dmso solution. Shake

thoroughly. Pour the liquid off. Scoop out all of the BS and put it in

the spoon. If it is full to level, none was in solution. If it is less

than you poured in, some was in solution. I am guessing that some stays

in solution.

Necessity may be the mother of invention, but God is the Father of all good

OK, I won't give up just yet but I used a teaspoon of BS in it and it sure

does look like that much is on the bottom of the bottle. There were even a

couple of un-dissolved lumps of it. The mixture so far is a little less than

1/3 urea, a little more than 1/3 water, 1/3 DMSO and 1 tsp. BS. DB
