Hi Jan;

My teeth are holding their own now which is better than they were by a

long shot. Now if i can just get myself to brush twice a day i think i

might make some more improvement. Hope this helps you. Xylitol is

expensive but i guess it is worth it to have and keep your own teeth.

which i wasn't doing with the dentist. janet
