It's possible that those names appeared in earlier editions. I'll check when I get back in my lab. In the ICID-9, you will find: Decyl Glucoside Disodium Coco-Glucoside Citrate Disodium Coco-Glucoside Sulfosuccinate Sodium Coco-Glucoside Tartrate Decyl Glucoside is made from Decyl Alcohol and a Glucose polymer. Coco-Glucoside is made from coconut alcohol with glucose. Disodium Coco-Glucoside Citrate is made from Citric Acid and Coco-Glucoside. Disodium Cocopolyglucose Sulfosuccinate is made from Sulfosuccinic Acid and Coco-Glucoside. Sodium Coco-Glucoside Tartrate is made from Tartaric Acid and Coco-Glucoside. These are mild surfactants. AFAIK, Disodium Coco-Glucoside Citrate, Disodium Coco-Glucoside Sulfosuccinate and Sodium Coco-Glucoside Tartrate are not used very often in the US. I spent some time educating myself on anionic and nonionic surfactants this week. Actually I learned a lot about surfactants in general. The way you explained the diference between those helps a lot. Univar carries the 3 of them, by the drum of course. Unfortunately none of their " re-packagers/middlemen " carry those. Thanks again, Zoubida
