Thanks Deby,

No I have not tried it but I do know when I eat products with MSG which

most processed foods have it in it(Mono Sodium Glumate) than I do experience

more symptoms and diahrea on occasions. Thanks for the site. I know that a

good heathy diet alone with stretches or a little walking would make us all

feel better but especially the healthy diet part and good deep restful

sleep.....Tonya

Actually YES I have heard Holistic MDs, Chiros, and people

with fibro say that going off of aspertame completely has helped many

.. It didnt make any difference for me, but i never used much, just a

diet coke every once in a while. BUT the stuff can often mimic the

symptoms of fibro and few MDs will tell you that, or maybe they dont

even know it themselves. there are documented cases that aspertame

caused a MISDIAGNOSIS and removal eliminated all the symptoms and

the person was " cured " .

It is truly worth a try and while you are at it, switch to

good old H2O permanently cause even if it is not causing your

symptoms it is not good for you
