Dear Roseanna, I so appreciate your sharing...The travel hints are great

and now you have opened yourself to share more info Thank YOU!! I am

slowly getting better with my fibro but it is a long hard pull isn't

it!? You have experience with cleanses etc. I am wondering if you have

medical doctor encourageing/perscibing etc or do you study, learn and do

yourself?? I live in a very rural area, 2 hours to doctors other than

family dr that is not knowledgeable with fibro at all and is leery of

most alternative medicine ideas - He has been supportive of me with pain

med (Vioox) for the real bad times but I want to build my body, not tear

it down with drugs when I can tolerate the pain.

I'm a coward about the cleanses - would you " hold my hand " through one

- tell me how and email " talk me " through one???

The cleanses sound scary, but are really a cakewalk.
