My mind throws up loads of barriers and I tend to melt and give in--- If you are able to observe this, and work out what kind of barriers you put in your way, this may help you dismantle the obstacle course you create against change. If you can spot this happening now this will be real useful later on! For myself I found it very difficult to sit down and work through the exercises in GOOYM & IYL, the happiness trap which had less exercises was slightly easier, possibly more accessible. Though I think I put it down when I had to do the values work at the end.
