For those of you that don't know, Lipocare is an ingredient that is used in

Thigh Creams to help get rid of cellulite. It is used at 3% and can be

incorporated into a lotion, cream, or jell. I have been testing this

ingredient for the past few months and have seen very good results with it.

This ingredient is actually made up of 3 separate ingredients, Caffeine,

Coenzyme A, and an extract of Bupleurum chinensis a Chinese herb. As

ingredients go, it is a little expensive, but considering it is used at 3%

it goes a long way and is worth it.

Co-op costs:

Lipocare: $78.16 per pound.

Co-op fee. 2.00

Bottle & box 1.50

Shipping/Ins 8.05

Total: $89.71

I will accept checks, money orders, PayPal (Non Credit Card) to my achil

account. If you do business with Propay you can transfer money to my

account. Contact me for details. I expect to be busy for the next few weeks

so if you email me, don't expect an answer until later in the evening or the

following morning.

The above Shipping and Insurance cost is for the Lower 48 States only and

for 1 (one) pound plus normal packaging. If you live in Canada, Alaska, etc.

I will need your shipping address to determine the cost. The shipping rate

quoted above is based on Priority mail from MN to CA or FL. and includes

insurance and delivery confirmation. I'm sure that it may cost a little less

to ship to people living closer to MN but it would cost me more in my time

to check it out. I also reserve the right to use alternate shippers if I

believe it will make better use of my time.

Time is of the essence here. I need all the money to clear my bank account

before I order the Lipocare and bottles, boxes, etc. I want to close this

co-op by the end of Sept. and order everything the following week. This

co-op is first come with the money, first served. The people that have

indicated previously to me that they wanted in on this co-op will get a copy

of this prior to my posting to the list.

Note: If anyone plans on making a product with Lipocare and selling it to

the public, and making claims that it Alters the Body in any way, the FDA

would consider it a drug.

I am not offering less than 1 pound units because I don't have the time to

cut into smaller quantities. If you need less than a pound I am sure that

you will be able to sell any excess that you may have on the list or to

friends in the business.
