Just wanted to share with you guys that I had my very last filling out last

Friday. Had a migrane on Sunday (the old nail in the brain behind the ear)

but woke up Monday with a very clear brain and really good energy, even on

five hours of sleep.

I've been eating cilantro pesto as much as possible (black bean salad is a

good way to help consume your daily requirement, I'm looking for other

opportunities) and also did two liver flushes whcih gave me a huge boost.

Where I am right now is that I wake up a litle stiff each day, but rested

and ready to go, and occasionally I cycle a joint or tendons/ligaments, but

not for long and not too painfully. I started exercising yesterday and was

out of breath long before I had to stop due to acidosis....it's usually the

other way 'round.

I intend to stay with guai and whey, do the liver flushes monthly and may do

the DMPS for the heavy metals, but if I'm doing this well simply by

eliminating the fillings, maybe they whey and cilantro can do the rest.

This is amazing to me. I just had to share my good fortune and wish you all

the same. Thanks for all your help over the years (I lurk a lot on this

list, but don't often post).

Hugs, Roseanna in NoCal; FMS/CFS always; guai 8/99-01/01, Robinul 1 mg 1/01,

HG diet 3/99, whey 1/4 tsp 04/01, amalgam poisoning 2/01, hypothyroid

(cytomel)8/73, wheat/milk allergy 3/99
