Good afternoon. Eight days ago I received a virus in an attachment from

someone on a different list. I know not to open attachments, but thought it

was about the breast cancer topic we were speaking of.

I've been WC (without Computer) until a couple of days ago, my son got this

old Acer out of storage. It's now usable, but everything pertinent

legally, emotionally and financially is tied up in that computer.

As soon as I could go on line again I emailed . He told me to get the

newest Norton Anti-Virus and told me the steps us used to rid his computer

of the problem.

I spent the precious money, we installed it and it's still there! It was

thew32BadTrans.13312@MM virus. Does anyone else have suggestions? I'm

terribly hurt and cut off at the knees by this, my first virus in years. I

did have Norton running, but evidentally it wasn't recent enough. . .

Any help is appreciated greatly
