hi all,

and welcome to Candy,

I would also recommend taking 5-HTP at nite for help with depression/sleep.

and get off any form of sugar....taking 200 mg chromium picolate with meals

will help with that, so will including sea weed into your diet....

Ive been taking Colostrum since 4/16 and Immunopro Whey since 5/16 and I

just started Homozon (magnesium oxide) a couple of days ago....and Im

having what feels like an allergic reaction....particularily some eye

irritation and waking up stuffed.

I had also started Glutamine at the same time as the Homozon, but I

immediately started having to sleep for two hours after I took it, so I

quit.

I vaguely remember something about people developing allergy symptoms on

colostrum or whey.....but can't remember if it was one or both.....can

anyone else remember.

also having a lot of neuro-pain again....I had an IV last week and the last

quadrant of amalgam removed, and the IV had both Vitamin C and glutathione

in it....so I thought I might still be reacting to that, but not sure. I

only have one small filling to go, so am seriously looking at detox and

chelation. I had 15 amalgam fillings, most of them large....5 of them

crowns.....I got a big dose of mercury about 5-6 years ago when I had three

large ones replaced w/o proper protection agst the mercury vapor created

......and two of those were replaced with crowns and the dissimilar metals

touching amalgams cause mercury to vaporize at an even faster rate in your

mouth.....anyway that period is when most of my chronic pain symptoms

started.

also, having read that " sulfur " foods may cause pain to those sensitive to

them, I've cut out the main vegetables I have been eating all winter (also

in the last week and a half).....broccoli, asparagus, artichoke....still

working to cut out eggs and butter.....so Im kind of scrambling in the

vegetable department.

the most obvious answer is too many changes at once.....I know, but thought

someone might have insight to offer.

I've gotten loan of an ozone sauna and want to take just a regular sauna in

it today, but have to get some supplies first.....Im in a sort of approach

avoidance thing with it.

I need to do the kidney cleanse but haven't done anything about getting the

rest of the herbs....I did get some tea from CFSnutrition.com....(someone

who is on my Amalgam list) that is supposed to disolve kidney stones and

cleanse the kidneys.....Chanca Piedra......have any of you heard of it??

love, jae

Jae--

For what it's worth, I asked about Colostrum on a list about a month or two

ago, and replies were generally negative. People found it ineffective,

despite industry claims. The one woman who did find she got more energy from

it also reported that her endometriosis grew " like wildfire " (her words)

while taking it. As a result, she now has MORE pain and regrets she didn't

know more about it beforehand. She cautioned that if anyone had any type of

female problem, they should avoid it.

On the other hand, I've read many first-hand reports that undenatured whey

is remarkably helpful. However, my friend with the endometriosis said that

whey can have a similar effect on female problems as colostrum, so it

concerns me that you're taking both at the same time.

I do know that whey can cause a kick-up of symptoms initially, which means

you might have to lower your dosage. But I'd do some more research, if I

were you, as it seems to be a powerful supplement.

I do agree that it sounds like you're doing too many things at once. It's

impossible to know what's causing your symptoms. I understand that urge to

try to get well, and fast, but it might be more helpful to add just one

thing at a time and see how you react.
