continue to search for books on this subject through Amazon.com or go to

& Noble. Then you can order them there or take the info to your

library.

In addition there are many support groups and there should be one in your

town or nearest city.

Check these out and talk to people and let me know if you need any other

help. Iv e had this problem for 23 years, and it is easier now to learn

about it than when I started.
