Guest guest
Angie: (But anyone feel free to jump in) I am trying to make a Rosemary Mint Shampoo and have been looking at the Herbarie's formulary, but came up with my own idea. I didn't see a % use for Cocamidopropyl Betaine so I just wanted to run this past you to see if this makes sense. This is my very first attempt working with surfactants and I really wanted to try the SCI noodles. Thanks--bettijo Rosemary Mint Shampoo Part A Cocamidopropyl Betaine 26% = 130 g SCI Noodles 16% = 80 g Distilled Water 54% = 270 g Part B Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein 2% = 10 g Peppermint EO .2% = 2.5 g Rosemary EO .8% = 4 g Phenonip 1% = 5 g Gently blend ingredients in Part A with heat (60c/140F). Remove from heat and cool to below 40c/104f. Add Part B and blend gently.
