The ones that Maurice mentioned above are some of the ones that can be used in personal care applications. Another one is Aquasperse A with an HLB of 12. I have some samples of these, but have only played with them a bit. I tried a couple of these a few months back when I was trying to help Chris---lecithin was on his list of approved ingredients. One thing I noticed about the Aquasperse is that the feel of this product is excellent---I was quite impressed with the soft and conditioned afterfeel. I haven't done enough to offer any assistance with formulating though. Perhaps others have played with these?
