Guest guest Posted July 18, 2003 Report Share Posted July 18, 2003 I've got a problem with a goat's milk lotion I made that didn't thicken; can you tell me what went wrong? 8 oz distilled water 4 oz goat's milk 2 oz shea butter ..9 oz evening primrose oil ..6 oz stearic acid ..2 oz citric acid ..2 oz LiQuipar Optima 3 drops vitamin E oil Also, I bought some germall plus powder & when I looked at it yesterday (only month old) it was hard as a rock & had to break off pieces.
