When I say 'natural' I think it should be able to be purchased OTC....right now I am taking estrace alone but realize I should be taking progesterone which is why I want to start pro-gest but I'm not certain estrace is the right thing for me. My latest doctor is not much help at all. For instance she said pro-gest was not recommended because it didn't offer enough protection against uterine cancer, but then she goes and recommends a compounded progesterone and estrogen gel to the skin.
