Guest guest
Attention folks, There has been much discussion lately on another list I subscribe to about possible problems with alpha lipoic acid. It seems that it can have the effect of redistributing mercury throughout the body, particularly to the brain. If you have mercury poisoning or amalgams, you may want to avoid it. It might be advised to spend 3-6 weeks doing a kidney clease and a series of liver cleanses first. As well as not going to aggressively initially. Chelation substances cross over into tissues and the brain to combine with metals so the liver can detoxify them and the kidneys can excrete them. They do not cross over into teeth as there is no circulation there. Nor will they pull metal out of teeth. It might be advised to remove amalgam to stop further toxcicity problems though anyways.
