HI!

I had posted many months ago wondering if there is ACT information

availble for kids. At the time I heard it was being worked on and I

was hoping someone might be able to tell me if it is now available.

My daughter has been seeing a therapist but they are working on the

cognitive which I believe can be helpful but as we all know there is so

much more. Like me, she doesn't like to " feel " the anxious feelings

and it seems like the cognitive work is making some of this worse. And

now her anxious situations are just continuing to multiply!

I could use some help and was hoping someone out there might put me in

the right direction! Or if there is any advice you can offer if you

have helped your own kids.

Thanks!
