Recommendation for BIH Doctors in eastern US?

I live in Mexico but travel often to New York. I saw 2 top gyns and

they were both for BIH but against prescribing them with menses,

saying they required too high of hormone levels. Is there an

equivalent Dr. Hertoghe in this area that anyone can recommend?

Incidentally Dr. Corio was one of the doctors. I liked her but

I'm not sure what she prescribed for me is right for me. Sandy
