Guest guest
Hi , This is getting a little off-topic - but I suffered from restless leg syndrome for years, yes it is extremely frustrating! In my case it seems to have been a result of mineral deficiencies (I have poor GI absorportion, which is not uncommon). I was also quite anemic. Taking several high-quality mineral supplements has alleviated the problem entirely (magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron etc.) and I usually have very restful sleep. Taking fairly high doses of minerals before bed can help anyone sleep better as they will relax muscles and the nervous system (and it's just good for your health!) -- as can a hot bath (with food-grade epsom salts perhaps), and maybe a little stretching, accupressure or massage. > > i have a restless leg syndrome as well and is sooo horrible and discusting, everytime i get those sensations i feel so disturbed, for me the leg inward creepy shaking sometimes goes up my tender, soft little body. it is terrible. i think the only way to get rid of it is actually to relax and not have anxiety and worry. anyway good luck to you > > erika
