I just received an email from a " friend " that basically says that once you open the email there's no turning back, and if you choose to ignore it you will have bad luck starting in the morning and getting worse from there. I wrote her back asking her not to email these types of messages and told her that I suffer from panic/anxiety disorder and don't need these in my life. Now its in my head though that I have not forwarded the email and am destined for bad luck. My husband says just forward it to him, so then I can know that I did that. I am thinking though that I just need to see it for what it is and that is an email with words, and my thoughts are making more of it than need be. Fowarding that email will just play into it.
