I also use a detox tea, and in addition, I use super blue green algae to aid in digestion. It increases my energy level as well. I avoid sugar, white flour and processed foods. When I eat poorly, I feel worse.

I have not tried the super blue green algae, yet. You say that it

aids digestion? I probably should give it a try.

There are many reasons why there can occur an overgrowth of Candida,

and it can become systemic. When it becomes systemic, it becomes a

parasite, growing roots that can puncture the walls of the gut

causing leakage and it can spread throughout the body, damaging the

internal organs, causing all of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and

Chronic Fatigue, and allergies. Taking any medicines kills

the " friendly bacteria " in the intestinal tract which keeps Candida

under control. There are many other causes. Candida overgrowth is

I am not selling this product or any product. General Nutrition

Centers(GNC) sells it. I am simply stating that Candida overgrowth

is common and causes Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia has other causes as

well Candida is present in the intsestinal of all of us. It can go

out of control and cause the symptoms of Fibromyalgia, Chronic

fatigue, and allergies.

Gloria,

Its not taking " any " medicine that cause a candida overgrowth. Birth

control pills, steroids (like asthma inhalers) and antibiotics. I believe

that my candida problem occurred from a doctor over prescribed year long

abuse of antibiotics, then a bad case of the flu followed with more

antibiotics and prednizone with the addition of an inhaler.

I have had a lot of success with the diet and regular supplements. If i go

off the diet alot of my FMS symptoms get worse but I think that is because

the diet is healthy not because the candida returns

Im sorry if it sounded like i was talking about you. It was somebody else

that i was referring to. I did not get the impression that you were selling

something and I do think that your advice was good and well meant. Again,

sorry if my complaint happened the same time that you suggested a product:)

Then take acidolphilus for it...or

yogurt with live culture will do the same thing.
