Hi Pitamind:

Perhaps the value is doing kind things for others

regardless of return. That, too, has value! It is my

experience that you never know when kindness will be

returned or to whom...remember the movie " Pay It

Forward " ? Perhaps your kindness was repaid to someone

else. I, too, value kindness just for it's own sake.

It's a value that is in line with the person who I

want to be.
