Guest guest
We had that problem after an adjustment too. I left the band off all day, and his forehead was still red. Upon closer examination, it looked more like irritation from the moisture buildup (he had only been in it a week and the weather was warm). We could feel a change in the skin texture when we rubbed across his forehead. A little cortaid and he was better then next day. It's hard to believe that they couldn't get it right in 2 adjustments, so I'm just offering an alternative theory. Guest guest
Why don't you ask him if he can add some moleskin? Is this on a suppose to be pressure point? Guest guest
Ack! How frustrating! Hmm, I wondering along the same lines as . Could it be a sensitivity issue? Could you ask your ortho specifically about putting some moleskin in that spot to cut down on the contact with the skin?
