Guest guest
Hi of Okla. Spent most of my life there. We just moved to Dallas about eight years ago. One thing I have been doing is taking two 750 mg of MSM and 1000 mg calcium twice a day and I am getting energy from somewhere and not hurting so much. Guest guest
Someone mentioned guaifensin to me as being a possible >cure/remedy...Isn't that simply Robutussin? And do any of you know if it >really helps....I'm pretty desperate as I'm so tired of aching all >over....Thanks so much....With caring, Lynda from Oklahoma > Hi I got your message because I used to get to this egroup this summer; now I want to unsuscribe; I take guaifenesin, and more than 1000 persons do with good results; we subsribe to the Guai list where there is a lot of information and support from people from different countries. I suggest that you read Dr. St.Amand`s book " What your doctor may not tell you about fibromyalgia " Warner Books; he treated himself from the disease and has created a web side for more informations; http://www.gaidoc.com -As for me, it is the only treatment that really look at the causes . with regards to robutissin, yes it helps the " fast responders " but you need to know more about the elements that can block this medecine and the dosage that would be good for you. I strongly suggest that you look at the web site and get on the guai list for more information; you can email me if you need to. Love Claude on guai since Sept. 1st ( from Canada)(and not wanting to stop) AND TO THE MODERATOR, I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO. hELP! > > _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. Guest guest
HI Lynda, I can feel the stress in your e-mail and your frustration...we've all been there. I haven't tried it myself, but a lady at church told me about guaifenesin. She said it cured her of FMS. I showed it to my Doctor and he was interested and wanted to read up on it....both he and my pharmacist said they couldn't understand how it could affect muscle pain or make you feel better; but, hey, why not try it if others say it has worked? So go for it, and let us know how it works out. What can you lose?
