For the Sorbitan Oleate and the Poly 80 you may be looking at buying pails.

I don't know of anybody that sells it in lessor amounts without it costing

you a small fortune. As with any chemical, if you live in or close to a city

or large town, you should first try your local chemical supplier. In theory

the price should be cheaper because you don't have to pay shipping, some

even deliver free of charge.

Hi Dawn,

I have gotten LOTS of help and some high quality ingredients from Angie at

the Herbarie. http://www.theherbarie.com

I know she carries Polysorbate.

Subject: ISO Sorbitan Oleate, Polysorbate 80 and Pemulen TR1

Hi all,

I was trying to find a " non-waxy " emulsifying system and several

ingredients were recommended to me. Would anyone know where I can

buy the following ingredients (in gallons, not drums):

Sorbitan Oleate

Polysorbate 80

Pemulen TR1

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can give me.

Couldn't find this...though Making Cosmetics has Sorbitan Stearate.

http://www.the-buying-group.com - it's not listed at the moment, but

she does have an informational page about it so she might know where

to get it.
