Guest guest
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I love it!!! Bob P.S. Today I am having the thoughts that I would like to ( a whole lot of things, but I need to( a whole lot of things). I spend hours and hours looking for solutions to my problems. The ones that would help, I don't follow through on because I am busy looking for soulutions to other problems or an even better solution to the first. I have the thought that I am a perfectionist and a procrastinator. > there is a nice anecdote in a book I > like (a very ACT-like book) called " Being Zen.
