Why not use this in the opposite ...eg. " Don't Relax! " because then wouldnt the " mind " have to think about relaxing and trigger those muscles and states of being associated with it? Trying to stop a pleasant feeling or sensation generally wouldn't create a pleasant feeling. If anything it would cause more anxiety. Why not try just doing nothing. Let you mind and body just be what it is right now, because that is what it is, that is reality.
