In the past week or so I managed to spend some time doing the

exercises. Most of the ones I did, I've done before; I'm kinda just

jumping around and doing the exercises I want to; that I feel will

help. I came across the " Keeping A Daily Pain Diary, " and want to know

if it is necessary (I don't want to do it again!) to repeat that

exercise, if I have already done it before, and have done so much

thought recording from my days with CBT, that I have a prety good idea

of the content that I struggle with. Also, I'm pretty sure I get the

purpose of the exercise, i.e. to become aware of what " private events "

I tend to struggle with. So, is it necessary to repeat this exercise?

I personally don't see how going back over that stuff would be

helpfull. I agree the diary is to try and identify the private events.

I personally wouldn't do it again. Move on with something more

productive.
