What to defuse and accept? And how to become more aware?

I struggle with social anxiety.

Should i focus on defusing and accepting worrying thoughts like " They might

judge me as bad " , or should i focus my work on my most feared thoughts like

" They are judging me as bad " ?

I find it hard to defuse thoughts, i get overwhelmed and fuse and escape, manage

only to focus and defuse one thought at a situation if i'm lucky. I'm not much

aware of my private content, it's all a blurry mixture. My mind says it's

because i'm a person that is unusual fused.

Is it vise to Evoke the most feared thoughts i Guess is present, to get more

aware and defused? And or should i practice becoming more aware by just

observing?
