Hi, I am new to this list and just learned about the ACT program. I have tried many things for my GAD and panic attacks but to little avail. This seems to be a logical and helpful way to treat these disorders. I am wondering whether or not there are any intensive retreats or workshops for people who would like to try this technique? Thanks in advance! __________________________________________________

HI , You can find workshops and therapists who do ACT at www.contextualpysychology.org There is quite a bit of info there and perhaps a therapist or workshop listed in your area. Hi Robyn--

Just wanted to see if you'd be able to 'drop by' before/after your New

Zealand workshops.

I put in a plug for your workshop on the contextual psychology

website--not that you need it, just that I wanted to direct people to

quality ACT training when it comes up.

Best,

JT
