Hi All,

OK. I come to this question after defusing from pretty sticky

thoughts. WHAT DEFUSION, ACCEPTANCE AND MINDFULNESS STRATEGIES CAN I

USE (OR WOULD BE HELPFUL) TO THE BARRIER(S) OF QUITTING SMOKING?

Anyone that has experience with smoking cessation, please make

some suggestions; even if you don't have this experience, any

experience with moving away from URGES is good too, since most of the

pull for me to smoke is THE URGE.

So, if you dealt with any URGE, then I believe you may be able to

offer me guidance.
