WHAT DEFUSION, ACCEPTANCE AND MINDFULNESS STRATEGIES CAN I USE (OR WOULD BE HELPFUL) TO THE BARRIER(S) OF QUITTING SMOKING? Anyone that has experience with smoking cessation, please make some suggestions; even if you don't have this experience, any experience with moving away from URGES is good too, since most of the pull for me to smoke is THE URGE.
