Guest guest
I called and talked with the lab. I asked what a good transdermal dose of P would be, one most prescribed to get a balanced E/P ratio. She told me the usual dose for P, to attain good results is 20-25 mgs. BID.But that will of couse need to be adjusted person to person. I told her I felt saturated with P, and what doses I had been on for the 19 of the last 22 months, she was in disbelief. She said if it were her, she'd not take any more P for 2 months, then get a saliva test....but 2 months I should be at a place where I could start adding a NORMAL dose back and get to a balance, (that's if my saliva test showed I was ready for it). She thinks I need to only do P 10-14 days a month, and in MUCH smaller doses, like Vliet suggests too. Even then it builds up and must be cked. and adjusted (we found that out the hard way:-))) Has anyone else got the PG stripe down there bellies??? I have one, it's a second trimester of PG thing, how fun this journey has been, never thought I'd get one of those on BHRT :-)))) lollol.
