Mark tried to warn me about this before I jumped in. I think, depending on how much we have stored, and where, it will be worse for some or faster. I know I have P in my blood for sure right now. The normal amount of E I do is like nothing....I feel like Laurel did yesterday, sore back, headache, fuzzy. I can hear my heart pounding rhythmicly has if in backround music in my head. Well we know we can move it, just wish we could contol how much we move at a time. The learning never stops, lol.

Guest guest
Hi Lynn, You said you soaked in Mg and other minerals- what other minerals and what form do you use? Where do you buy nigari? I like the idea of several minerals to soak in. Thanks. Guest guest
LOL...I just ordered 44 lbs of it from here http://www.simply-natural.biz/Nigari.php. That should detox me for how ever long it takes! I think there are other minerals in it since it comes from sundried seawater. I also throw some epson salt in. You could had some cheap seaweeds also. I order our seaweed from Maine but aren't you by the water? Along time ago someone told me about using nigari instead of epson salts to help increase mg. Also there some interesting stuff on the mgwater site about magnesium cholride and using baths to get Mg in. http://www.mgwater.com Lynn > Hi Lynn, > You said you soaked in Mg and other minerals- what other minerals and what > form do you use? Guest guest
Maybe a cup usually but right now I'm using a lot of it. If they had a 20lb bag that would have been perfect. But I figure this will last my lifetime. Lynn -- In rhythmicliving , " Lenel " <lenelglassworks@c...> wrote: > Approximately how much do you put into a bath?
