Guest guest
Hello! About likewise the previous writer, i've struggled with social anxiety disorder and depression for nearly 20 years. I have tried dynamic therapy, ct, cbt, and more. Both in individual therapy, grouptreatment, and as selfhelp. With some temporary improvements in my feelings and behaviors, still living far from how i want to live. Now im trying to self help with ACT, using ACT-books and act- friendly spiritual teachings. To me, ACT makes lot of sense both in theory and by experience. Great job. I have read " Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: An Experiential Approach To Behavior Change " , " A Practical Guide To Acceptance And Commitment Therapy " , and awaiting " ACT For Anxiety Disorders " and " Get Out Of Your Mind & Into Your Life " . I will try to start up a ACT group exposure training with my social phobic acquaintances. So im wondering, if there is a protocol available on ACT grouptreatment for social anxiety disorder? or maybe you could give some advise on how me and my acquaintances could carry out the grouptraining? Regards, Anton
