Why EN reoccurs? is it incurable?

My wife is suffering from EN for last 3 years.

During this period ESR goes to 70 to 101.

When doctor brings ESR level 20 the EN stopps apppearing on her body.

Again after duration of 6 months it starts appearing. My doctor is 100% sure it

is the case of EN.

Please suggest why this reappear again and again? What is the main cause? and

what kind of precaution should she take? Please help and suggest.
