My multiple sclerosis is no big deal, I have made big changes in my

life , I Am Using Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements, Herbs, I have

almost eliminated most of my stiffness, it even feels good, to sleep

in my bed again, my legs do not lock up.

My latest in my régime of things that I do, is I am using things

that get rid of toxins in my body, I am concentrating on all the

systems, of my body , and I am turning them back on so they work. I

am utilizing good bacteria, at the same time . this is helping with

eczema on my arms as well.

I am utilizing information that I find on the Internet, I am asking

questions ,from a Master Herbalist, and a soon-to-be Naturopath Dr.

Things that I will be doing . Starting April 1, I will be working on

my urinary system going to get rid of that problem. And then I will

be working on my eyes ,so I can regain vision , that I've lost over

the last 10 years of my multiple sclerosis, you see I had optical

blindness , when I was first diagnosed , and never regained all my

eyesight.

From what I understand this is a long process . and it is very

slow ,you have to get all nutrients to the optic nerve . there, is a

circulatory system involved in all areas of your body.
