Guest guest
...thanks for your response. I much prefer being friends and hanging out rather than " dating " a co-worker. Takes a lot of pressure off of everyone, and it doesn't allow for the " rumor mill " to begin circulating things in an office. The company she and I work for has around 40 employees. > > : > > > > If U are concerned from an employment perspective, I would check your company policy. In my company it is covered under their Harassment Policy that deals with a co-worker dating anyone under their supervision. It does not bar others from dating. > > > > They just fired my SUP for this among many other things. I think the hard part is when the relationship breaks up and the either one makes accusations against the other through the gossip mill and to management. It puts many in an awkward position. Others have done it very successfully and have married. > > > > I guess you have to define " dating " vs. just being friends and hanging out together???? > > > > Just my humble opinion. > > > > > > > > > > > It's been one very interesting week.
