Hello Friends,

I just wanted to pop in to say " hello " and hope that

everyone is doing well. Thank you for your encouraging

messages, which were received, but I ve been slow to

get back. I am sorry for the delay.

My brother and his family are visiting from Toronto.

Arriving late Wednesday this morning they left to

visit with 's parent's and other fmaily members.

Sometime next week they will be back again befire

leaving for their home in Toronto. After their visit I

am feeling exhausted and will probably sleep this

afternoon. and have too young children.

(2-years-old) and a (10-weeks-old). The

children are precious. We are enjoying their visit,

however with my health; it is a bit more challenging

to keep up especially with an active two-year-old

child. has more energy than the rest of us

combined. On Friday, we took the children to the

Oaklawn Farm-Zoo. A lovely time was had by all,

especially . She loved the pony rides the best

and was delighted to watch the horses. Many little

girls love horses. Looking back I can recall as a

child how much I wanted Santa Claus to bring me a

horse. It was fun to see the other animals too:

zebras, wild cats of various kinds, such as tigers,

monkeys, etc. We took a break from the zoo and had

lunch at " Farmer's Restaurant.” Our meals were

terrific. Before leaving, I bought a loaf of homemade

bread from a lady. She supplies a small bakery shelf

at the restaurant. It was such a treat to arrive home

and eat a slice of freshly baked bread. My mom used to

bake all sorts of bread, pies, cakes, and cookies. Her

Parkinson's affects her ability to recall information.

She used to cook on her own without the need to follow

a recipe. Now following a recipe page is difficult.

Everything changes and life goes on. The bread was

just like my mother's, so much better than the grocery

store brands.

My sinuses are starting to flare up again with

infection. It will be necessary to get the latest

infection under control before it goes into my lungs.

Monday is Labour Day in Canada and a holiday. My

doctor should be in his office on Tuesday and

hopefully will be able to fit me in. Later in the

month, I am hoping (will not really hoping, but it

needs to get done) to go in hospital for a tune-up as

well.

Hope your weekend is going well!

Hugs:0)

... In case you're confused I do have the

lungsformary address, but had forgot to sign off from

this account and had signed off from the other for

awhile.
