<<I don't think i have talked to you before. thanks for the

encouragement. Its weird i thought i was through most of it, getting

better. I think i felt that i had someone to put hope into since for

the most part i wasn't feeling a whole lot.

its like building a house on sand. Its just asking for disaster, and

now im not sure how to deal with the situation except that i'll have

to deal with it. i just wished it would give a bit you know? Its

like something happens and i have anxiety about it for a week. oh

well. thanks for the post>>

Joe,

It makes perfect sense that you would be thrown off

by this experience. After all, it DID allow you to feel,

and allowed you to get excited about the future.

These are very nice feelings when you've been in a

drug or withdrawal fog for so long.

I just want to remind you that you WILL feel again.

It just takes time. I know it's hard to be patient, but

patience pays off.

I think the appropriate Bach remedies will make a big

difference for the state of mind you are in right now.

They tend to work very, very well for a lot of people.

Please let us know how the combination works out.

Warmly,

Kim

Yes, you are right and I am old enough now to know that this is me

and I am fine with it (except for the eXTREME energy level which I

think of as a CURSE) But, right now, b/c of the drugs, I have no

extreme energy level for the FIRST time in my life. I just kind of

dropped off to being calm...I am actually enjoying this experience if

it was not for the brain drain and the fact that I become exhausted

when engaging in my dog sports hobbies.

...I am totally confused about what this is. I looked but

could not identify any of the ingredients. Why would this be

helpful? I have no contact with Chinese stuff except that I had

acupuncture done on my dog once to help his sports performance. Is

there anywhere where I can read up on these things and this

philosophy in general? (Yes, I am an aries questioning again). If I

had been MORE of an Aries when I listed to docs, I would have

questioned and questioned and researched before the drugs. BUT,

don't know if I would have even found anything to help me. I just

don't know

Hi Sandy,

Have you been having bad side effects from the methotrexate? My rheumatologist said he didn't want to put me on it because of the side effects. How long does your Dr. think you will need to take it to help? I am also interested if you are taking synthroid for thyroid insufficiency? I am , and wonder if I should change to the Armour that someone wrote had helped her. This is curious to me.

I haven't heard that UC is sometimes involved. I have never had that.

Hope you are having a better day!

Love and Prayers, Barbara

update

My PG on my legs are looking better. My EN has been gone for a month or so. I am done with prednisone for the 4th times since Sept. I am hoping the methotrexate is working by now so I do go backwards again. The thing is, the EN on my arm where I had the biospy done started a lump again. *sigh*(I have been using Bragg's ACV on it since yesterday.)

Anyway, I just had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy done on Tuesday. My ulcerative colitis is not active at all and everything looked normal. The Dr. just does not understand though, why I even got EN/PG when my UC is not even active.(it hasn't been for at least 5 yrs. or so) Both go hand in hand normally.

Sandy

Have not posted in a while. Have had EN for 2 years straight now. Just saw dr

yesterday again. Took blood work to see if maybe anything new will show up. I

have idopathic EN. Dr. said he sees one of these cases a year. Has never seen

anyone like me who has ongoing EN. Dont have lesions all the time but joint

aching and pain in joints, all the time. Swelling in joint also. Well maybe

one of these days there will be a cure for this debilatating disease.
