wow, this so far was easy....putting the epsom salts in caps, made no taste

there, just lots of swallowing 11-12 each time....I made the

grapefruit/olive oil drink with black walnut tincture, to which I added one

garlic clove minced and about 1-2 teaspoons red wine vinegar....and a

little pickled shiso powder....shook it like crazy.....and it tasted

GOOD!!.....like really good salad dressing, I actually was disappointed it

was gone.

The one thing I did wrong was walk around some after I took it. I have a

litter of 8 week old kittens in my bedroom and just after I was lying down

I noticed there was no water in their bowl, so I had to run back to the

kitchen and get some water for them .....which was the second trip, because

I returned my glass to the kitchen so the kittens wouldn't knock it

over.....oh well, so much for planning.....then I took just one Melatonin

(2.5 mg) and slept fine from 10:30 until 4 am when I woke to pee. I really

enjoyed the feeling of the " little marbles " leaving my liver to join the

trail towards the compost pile.....now I know in an intimate way where my

liver and bile duct are!! I was laying there in bed wishing I had an

anatomy book there to check the position that I was feeling the " little

marbles " roll on their way, but, you know what?? This morning I checked the

book and that's exactly what I was feeling last nite!! I am

hooked.....then I woke up at 5:30 am and wanted to stay awake til 6am, when

you get to drink the third bit of epsom salts, but I fell asleep and didn't

wake up again until 7:30 am....then I leaped up to take the third

dose....Two hours later and I just took the fourth dose of epsom

salts.....and pooped for the first time....and.....lots liquid and lots of

stones ....I counted more than 30 that were bigger than 1/4 " and maybe

50-100 that were smaller.....I can tell there is more....this is probably

a good day to do a colonic or at least an enema.....the sensation of

" things " moving rapidly thru your intestines (brought on by the epsom

salts) is the only unconfortable part of this, which is why I think it's

important to eat mostly veggies/fruit for the few days ahead of time.... I

only did apple juice the yesterday morning and I ate meat and fish each

day....both because I am blood type O and try to stay somewhat within those

dietary suggestions....

Anyway I am hooked and can hardly wait to do the next one and to start

eating later today.....In some strange way, I feel energized, even though

my intestines sort of feel like the lanes of a bowling alley.

whew!!

Yes, Jaen, I was " wow " ed too! I'm doing number six this weekend. I really

look forward to them becuase I feel so much better afterward (hard to put a

finger on just how...it's a some combo of less brain fog, more energy,

feeling " lighter " , and better digestion). I recommend this for anyone

looking for a cheap, fast way to feel better fast.

My skin also improved, I sleep better, and I have way fewer spider veins,

and I don't feel as bloated.
