Guest guest
Hi,Sarcoidosis usually affects the lungs first. If your breathing is ok, you most likely don't have sarc. I mentioned sarc. as it affects African Americans and Scandanavians disporportionally, and you mentioned your race. That said, most of the people I know with sarc. are white Americans--go figure! If you have no symptoms of IBD, you are most likely ok there too. However, sometimes IBD has subtle, or, in one case I read about, even no symptoms. By now if you had IBD I think you'd know it. How about rheumatoid arthritis? Here is a list of triggers from our EN website:http://www.geocities.com/erythema_nodosum/en_triggers/index.htmFinding your EN trigger is often a frusrating challenge even for those who have health ins.The most common triggers are strep infection and hormones like birth control or even normal pregnancy. EN can be caused by one or more of up to appox. 400 triggers, or nothing at all. However, I do feel that if enough time and money were spent looking for each of our triggers, we'd find it. Please let us know how you do with the cold water baths. I don't know of any members who have tried it yet, but it sure seemed to help me...and it is free ;)As we say in the Group,Shins up!Love, idio.
