Can anyone add suggestion to the following statement of " a strong positive correlation exists between several dimensions of Emotional intelligence and academic achievement." i would offer that while EI is important to overall achievement, that pure academic achievement is a feature of some AS , as they tend to define themselves through their grades, academic achievements and work and not through the emotional connections made by getting these achievements, or emotional connections made outside of a work setting. I am in the middle of a public debate with 2 clinical neuroscientists who claim that academic achievement is dependant upon EI. im inclined to tell themselves to f-off and i am right , but i would prove them wrong by doing so. 36 m diagnosed AS needs bills input here among others. .
