OK, here's what's interesting about AOL...it doesn't show the rest of the email so I can't delete. Rather, I highlight, hit REPLY, and only the highlighted portion is quoted....so this will be a test to see if it drags the rest with it. thanks, Duncan! What you've said is exactly right. All I do is just highlight what I want to reply to and hit reply. It's works and it's easy!
Guest guest
, The other herb in my mixture is oregon grape root. If you want me to find out the ratios, I will phone and ask the store. I am going to take a course in a couple of weeks on preparing live food; wheat grass and cultured vegetables. The cultured vegetables interest me the most as I believe it is a good way to get sulfur into my food and I suspect this will help heal my leaky gut. I just found out that they do home deliveries of wheat grass trays so you don't have to grow your own so this will likely be the route that I go rather than trying to grow my own. cheers ne Hi ne, Thanks, I've never heard of oregon grape root. I'm interested in the cultured vegies too. I've tried to do this in the past but it never turned out too well. I'm sure there must be a right and wrong way to do it. Mine always turned out really rancid smelling and I was sure I had done it wrong. I should read more about it and give it another try. I think it's one of the best ways to replace the 'good bacteria' in our intestines. Good luck with your course!
